Reg Lenna Center for The Arts is at the heart of the arts and cultural district in Jamestown NY. The Reg showcases a wide variety of events including live concerts, movies, ballet, orchestras, gallery shows and more.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Please purchase tickets for movies and events at The Reg ONLY through our box office services. Third party services occasionally re-sell tickets from The Reg at inflated prices.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and checks made out to The Reg Lenna CFA.
If you are unable to attend an event, we do not issue refunds or exchanges, however you may donate the value of your ticket back to The Reg earning yourself a tax-deductible donation.

Group ticket prices for 10 or more individuals are available for all Reg Presents events. Contact the Box Office for details.
Gift cards are available in any amount and expire after one year from purchase date. They are for Reg events only, which include any Reg Presents Event and Movies. They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or merchandise.
Parking is available directly across the street in the City Parking Ramp. Street parking is also available.
Patrons may enter the building beneath the marquee at 116 E. 3rd St. in Jamestown.
Doors open one hour prior to movies and events unless otherwise noted.
Please try to arrive at least 30 minutes before performance time.
Purses and bags may be checked before select live events at the discretion of the theater.
Box office, concessions, lower mezzanine and main floor of the theater are all accessible for patrons using wheelchairs or those with mobility challenges. Balcony, Loge and upper mezzanine are ONLY accessible via stairs.
Food and drinks purchased outside of the venue are prohibited. The Reg offers concessions for most movies and events. Please visit the CONCESSIONS page for more information.
Men’s and Women’s restrooms are located in the lower mezzanine of the theater. An inclusive restroom with wheelchair access is located under the stairs near the lower mezzanine’s women’s restroom. The upper mezzanine includes a women’s restroom.
Photography and video-taking is prohibited for movies and events unless otherwise noted.
We offer special seating arrangements for patrons with disabilities as well as premium opera box seats. Please inform the Box Office of any special needs when placing your order. Please visit the SEATING page for more information.
All events start promptly at the time indicated on the ticket. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house management team. There is no standing room allowed.
As a courtesy to other audience members, please use discretion in bringing a young child to an evening performance. All children, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket and any child attending the theater should be able to sit quietly throughout the performance.
Service dogs are welcome in the theater, please make accommodations with box office for proper seating.
